I don't know. Some games you get from GMG are steam keys, but mostly just actual "steamworks" games, that require steam as DRM, even with retail copies. And I do think that Bioshock Infinite is one of those. Bioshock 1 and 2 probably aren't, though. If they're not steamworks games, GMG has its own little downloader/launcher program.

Just look at the GMG game pages, and search thru the game info. If they're steamworks games, it'll say something like "steam account required for activation", and for those games, GMG will just give you a steam key. For anything that doesn't specifically say it requires steam, they'll probably have you use the GMG "capsule".
