Personally, this news has moved me from "Very Interested In Buying" to "Will Need to Be Convinced" on the Oculus Rift.

Oh, and not to mention the complete d*^k move by OR in capturing everyone's Kickstarter money and using it to get rich for themselves by selling out almost immediately.

The super nerds (of which I count myself) have been dying for a space sim game for years. As evidenced by the wads of cash. That, and it sounds like it's actually trying to do some new things, which is rare these days.

I'm not sure this means the Wii U sucks. I'm starting to think this generation of consoles in general will be down compared to the last. I think the "casual gamers" just don't care anymore and the only people that really DO care, are the regular ol' nerd class gamers. And they want games, not bland, watered down marketing ploys.

Origin, and a shitty ending, kept me from buying Mass Effect 3. Based on DA2, I see no reason why any of that will change for DA3.
