Hi folks. I'm looking to upgrade my HDD but there are a few things I'm a little bit worried about and thought I'd see if anyone here could help rest my mind.

When I swap out the HDD I save all my save data onto a USB stick but what about all the trophies and things. Are these server side or will I lose them? Also I'm told I'll run into problems putting in a HDD that has a different speed, any truth in that?
