in Puerto Rico 512kbps is pretty normal. I have only 4MB and pay $60 and after that the prices for higher speed get stupidly high.

Be realistic, Oblivion is modeled after generic fantasy.  Skyrim is much more unique.  Though Morrowind takes the cake for the world and lore.
