I think it's more likely that Kevlar vests will not only be common to wear among all ages but you'd get to head to Walmart and pick up a Spider-man themed one for your son and a Barbie themed one for your daughter, Or vice versa.

Rather then any changes to gun laws that will reduce them, if it hasn't already then why would it happen in the future when it's likely considered a common place occurrence?

It does set a interesting precedence though for US politics going forward, Get your advisors, staff, friends etc. to do illegal stuff that benefits you either politically or personally and then just pardon them in the last two months of your presidency without any repercussions.

Think many more are going to want to become President now.

Nah, there's been four years of pointing out the flaws in everything Trump has done.

So now it's the republicans turn to point and offer criticism when it comes to everything Biden does.

I wonder if Biden can wear a tan suit. Or have dijon mustard on his burger.

It's certain that if he wears a helmet while on a bicycle then it's a scandal.

Remarkable to see Americans attempt to sit on the high horse and lecture Europe about gun laws as a means to reduce violence in cities.

Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

I think it goes too far when you get "offended" but it's rather a way to try to elevate yourselves by claiming you have better morals then others who likely wouldn't point at something and claim it to be offensive either for them or for a separate group of people.

Then in addition that you get very volatile and hostile towards those who don't fully agree with you or the group of like minded individuals who find something "offensive", whereupon you/they will demand that such individuals, groups etc. are to get their lives ruined even if the "offense" is a minor case or a mistake.

Not sure what you are saying here. Are you okay with morons on social media ruining people's lives because they feign outrage/offense?

No, quite the opposite.

I think a lot of the people getting "offended" are merely doing it to feel better about themselves and doesn't really find it offensive. Instead it's more of a bandwagon thing and when they try to ruin people's lives because of it then it's really going overboard.

Frankly if the Section 230's protections are removed, then sites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch etc. would be crazy not to just shut down their platform all together. If they are suddenly liable for all the things written, recorded and posted by their users then it's going to be an impossible feat to prevent various lawsuits from companies, government or people who dislike something posted.

It'd just not be worth keeping the platform up and running and it's very doubtful if others would emerge in their place if they'd be liable for the sludge some users would post.

@Treflis: It’s an unfair set up. The moderator is already anti Trump and a former Biden intern. Also Biden may resort to using a teleprompter as he’s done in previous basement interviews.

Wasn't the previous debate moderator more or less anti-Biden considering he is working for a predominantly republican viewed news channel?
Also couldn't Trump also use a teleprompter if it is so certain that Biden would?, Thus making it equal.

You'd think that someone who uses twitter as much as the US president does to get his opinions and Policies out, would be onboard with a debate done online.
