I actually like the PhysX in this game, they fit well. The problem I have with them most of the time is that they seem slapped on, but they're rather thoughtfully integrated here.

Starting to get some really nice loot too. Not gonna lie, this is exactly what I wanted from this title. Everything feels better than Borderlands. It's hard to describe almost, but it's like they took each of Borderlands' mechanics and polished them to the point of perfection.

I'm planning on doing a solo playthrough seperate from the co-op one I'm doing with a couple friends. That way I can soak up all the hilarious dialogue and spend time pouring over loot and stats.

Yeah, my buddies can't afford it right now so I'm doing a solo run to start as well. I did that with the first one too, and it was worth it; I love getting all OCD about the guns and stats.

I must say... this game *feels* a lot better to me than the first did. Like you can tell they put some serious work in under the hood, which I really appreciate. It's awesome.

Only a few more hours guys! Who's excited? I loved the first Borderlands, tons of fun playing co-op and solo on both my PC and my Xbox. First time around the PC version coulda been a lil better, but it looks like they've noted the community's displeasure and sought to correct the issues we all had with it. I'm really psyched - I need a nice lootfest to play alongside Dark Souls. Should be a rambunctious good time.

What are the best DSFix configs? I've been messing around with the settings but the sky just looks so low res, or am I stuck with it?couly

Use a higher DoF resolution. I'm using 2160 on my GTX 480 with no noticeable performance issues, and it looks splendid, much better than the default.

I have a gaming desktop and a MacBook Pro. Like em both for different reasons to be honest. There's no need for such hostility - if people want to spend their money on a MacBook that's their prerogative.

You should also explore a little like darkroot garden, darkroot basin and valley of drakes.
