All of these games are on PC and most of them I already own. Kind of a shame, I was hoping to see something I missed here to give me more reason to buy an Xbox One X but I'm not finding much.

@Jay___J: If you have a PC you can find it on Steam for far less quite often, where it has gone as low as $2.50 from $15. It is a great game though and well worth playing on any system at any price.

They should have focused their talk on what was new at all, everything else is already available with the game they are remaking from.

@chris120379 Diablo III and games like it, are not like the Lara Croft games. These are much closer to a twin stick shooter than a loot grabbing dungeon rpg.

@HellaStoned Having just spent the last two hours playing the game I have been having a blast.

If you liked Far Cry 3 a lot of that same core game is still here and just the same in a good way. I haven't gotten much into the story which sounds like the weak point, but I have spent my time wandering around with a lot of hunting animals and so far it has been great and lives up to Far Cry 3 in that regard.

The game is worth getting, whether that is within the next month at full price, or after a few months on offer it is certainly a title to not miss, especially if you enjoyed any of the past Far Cry games.

The big factor for whether I pick this up is dependent on how quick user created levels load.

I loved the last two games but it took so long to load into any levels that I spent far more time downloading and loading levels than I did playing them.

@Stringerboy There are plenty of indie games that get poor scores or even go unnoticed. Just as there are great and bad AAA titles.

How does this compare to Far Cry 3? Are the short comings with FC4 a lot of the same as ones in FS3?

@TexasAnMGrad2K They make a note in the future, but that doesn't change that they released a game in a broken state.

Being able to patch things later doesn't excuse the launch or a score it deserved at that time.
