I couldn't figure out why for the life of me Cryostasis kept crashing to the desktop when I tried to change any graphics settings... I googled it and didn't find a fix either. ALTHOUGH I saw a similar issue talked about in a different forum about the same problem happening in COD4. Apparently XFire running in the background was causing issue with the resolution change. Guess what? Same thing for Cryostasis! I shut down XFire, changed the graphics and res in Cryostasis and it worked like a champ :D Running the game with XFire works fine afterwards too! Happy gaming!
I'm always up for a game here and there! I have to reinstall the game (recent HDD format) but my user name is DocJRoberts. I've beat every song on Expert and I've even accomplished the badass Tapping the Intro to TTFAF! :) That's always a crowd pleaser. I haven't played for awhile (Since I got Rock Band for my PS3) and am still disappointed that Downloadable content STILL hasn't been released for the game. The game's been out for a year and it's still "coming soon!" But yeah. I'll be around :) Installing now...
So yeah I was stoked when I saw Guitar Hero III was releasing for PC because my very unstable XBox is undeserving of more investment. But I can't find a copy of JUST the game. I don't want ANOTHER xplorer Guitar if it's the same as the xbox controller. I'd just as soon keep the one I have from GHII and use that. Anyone have any info on where I can get the game only? Much appreciated.
