Let me say something about so-called benchmarking sites. In a real world test, that's what matters and very often one RIG will have different results compared to another RIG. Why? Because the mix of components and overall build quality (good components on the board vs. bad) all play a part in the score. If you want the best system for your purposes, take some software with you and test out the same RIG you will be buying. I know you can't do that with NewEgg. But with brick & mortar stores, it should be no prob if they want your business.
As GalaxySpectre said, "It's only for Playstation Plus". How about a PS3-only FLICKR so we can swap pictures, videos & screen captures without sharing those on the Internet. That gives a certain 3133tness factor to the service. but it shouldn't be just Playstation Plus though.

I say YES. MS has the technology to make a Zune, keyboards, joysticks, and Xbox360. Why can't they do the same with a portable gaming system? Why does Apple and Sony get to have all the fun? I like the old 3 way system battles (SNES vs. Genesis vs. TurboGraphx16 AND PlayStation vs. GameCube vs. Saturn), so this makes a lot of sense.
No. Wait till the 3DS comes out, although Nintendo has never in the past adjusted a system's price based on the release of a handheld. Some retailers might decide to move some older Wiis based on the fact that Nintendo is once again 'hot' with the 3DS.
Seeing that the IP to both BattleToads & KI 1&2 was probably 100% owned by The Big N, I would guess the could bring out a sequel without issues. Team Ninja doing a BattleToads sequel would be beyond awesome.

So are you trying to say that the PS3 cell processor cannot handle the same thing as a PC? That is stretching things a bit, me thinks. A normal PC does not have 7 co-processors last time I checked.
