@fnevaeva: The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, as is the Belgariad and Mallorean series by David Eddings.

The Garret P.I. series by Glen Cook is good, and I have heard his Black Company series is also worth a read.

If you want a more historical series, Stephen Lawhead has some good series, the King Raven trilogy being my favorite.

@YoungTamLin: You could always use it as a great pickup line for the ladies. "Ladies, I have epic gear in Destiny. Come to my place and see for yourself."

I RedBoxed this and returned the purchased copy that weekend. Which really sucks, as I wanted to like this game and was looking forward to it. Pretty sad when Diablo 3 and AC:4 have been more entertaining that this.

It really depends on how much of the DLC you plan to purchase & play, and whether you intend to keep the game long term.  I have a few of the packs for BlOps 2, and I did not purchase the pass.  I normally snag the points cards from BB whenever I get a $5.00 off gift cert.  As for long term, it depends on you.  If you plan on playing the game for a few months or your switching systems for next gen, I would not recommend it.  Although, I remember reading an article in July or August, where Activision stated your DLC purchases will transfer to next gen.  So if you have a 360, and buy a X1, it's supposed to transfer.

I would recommend Bioshock Infinite.  Or Spec Ops: The Line was good too.

From my understanding, it is missing a ton of tracks and cars. You're probably better off getting the 2-disc, regular version. Especially if you're not an avid racing fan.

When I made the switch from PC to 360, Fallout 3 was at the top of list, only because I enjoyed the sequals. Granted, I am barely into the game, but I have enjoyed it a lot more than GTA IV. I also do not believe it is overrated - overrated is a game like SPORE.

[QUOTE="Dogswithguns"]He needs to be put in a rehab for life. or should I say to death.PcGamer2020

I don't know about that dogswithguns. All Jack Thompson is doing is relfecting his opinions and views, and that's what freedom is about. You don't put someone into death or rehab just because they act like idiots or insane people.:o

There is a big difference between voicing your opinion, e.g. I believe video games are bad, because of.. or proving you're an idiot. What this hapless f***wit is doing, is downright threatening, slandering, and using the Government to try and force people to follow his beliefs. This guy may be an idiot, but he has some very powerful allies. e.g. Hillary Clinton

What gets me, is the wonderful organization known as the American Civil Liberties Union is always silent on this. Not that that surprises me one bit. Remember, there is one thing the Government can do that you cannot - that is executing the use of force to get you to follow it's will. In all actuality, it is people like him that we need to be concerned with.

[QUOTE="Cerza"]intel graphics? never heard of em. If you are talking about your graphics card, then yes you should upgrade if it is integrated.eastsideboy

Intel actually makes more GPUs that Nvidia and ATI put together. They are just all low-end intergraded (onboard). Which is accounts for the majority of the market overall. Most business line computers in offices have an Intel onboard GPU.

can somebody juss let me know if i need to up on vid card beofre i get oblvion and if i need to on ram but i have like 760 of that

I'm ushing 768 in the RAM with an ATI 9600/256 card on a P4 3.0 - Oblivion on my system runs well, but the settings are set low. The other users here have answered your question: spend the cash on a new card and perhaps another stick of RAM. It's well worth it - you can play other games, and Oblivion will look 100x's better.

I have a game that beats everyone's: Gods and Generals.

If there was to be a game where the purpose of it was to watch paint dry, it would be better than this excruciating ad nauseam of pain.

It was some wanna-be version of Oregon Trail, found on the Trash 80 computer at school.

Other than that, it was a racing game called Pitstop II, which my cousin and I would play for hours on end.

Been a gamer ever since - the only thing that's changed, is preference of games.
