Here you go guys, not so hard to find after all so I did it for ya:

Vista is faster than XP now in gaming after SP1
I think you mean OS, not OC. Anyway, for gaming, Vista is slower than XP, and in some areas it has compatibility issues with older applications, or older hardware lacks driver support. Also, you need more powerful hardware to run Vista smoothly compared to XP. I built a Vista Home Premium 32bit system for my uncle and it ran just fine. It's a pretty good OS if you make sure that all the hardware and software you are going to use supports it.Marfoo
Actually, with the sp1 vista service pack vista beat win xp in all catorgories. There is an article about it on arstechnica.com
I have Vista Ultimate 32-bit and an acquaintance of mine has 64-bit Ultimate. All I know so far is that he has had a tonne of problems with compatibility issues and upgrading.
All I see is a big pain in the butt, what gives, whats so great about the 64-bit version and what are its purported benefits?
I would gander you would get only 3 hours on that thing while gaming. DOn't quote me on that though. If you could I would highly recommend upping to the 9-cell, I did ,and am glad I did, and my laptop is only strictly for buisness, internet, media.
BTW mines a 17 inch so that can be a factor as well.
Hey guys I was thinking of getting a PCMCIA tuner for my laptop and was wondering if it would be possible to hook up my xbox 360 to it so I could finally see my 360 in HD after having it for nearly 3 years now.
Is this even possible, and do any of you know any good tv tuners for a laptop?
[QUOTE="Telekenesis123"]Well there is quite a difference between screen models and manufacturers, so if you can in the future look at reviews before you buy. In some lcd's they polarisation is quite noticeable when you move around and in others its a lot better.Cranler
I did research and this is what one of the few reviews I could find said:
The results of our tests confirm the details provided by the manufacturer: the LG L227WT is an entertainment monitor which is a shoe in for hardcore gamers thanks to its very good display of fast-paced action games and zero input lag as well as its excellent interpolation.

Well looking at that im sure you just need to get used to it, im sure you ave a good LCD! Perhaps you could increase your refresh rate? That can cause blur. Try looking for the recommended setting then increasing it yourself if that does not work out. Screen flicker during high activity can also be a cause of a low refresh rate but it's usually not a problem with modern LCD's because of the default setting in the driver.
