The future is online. Sadly I use my phone apps to ring and message people cause it's free so long as you're on WiFi so it might be farfetched about phones switching to completely online. That and most phone contract componies are scumbags so I couldn't care less if they lost their bussiness
I think I hate the phrase hardcore gamer more XD Anyway I don't mind them so long as they're not big ambitious titles. I don't mind FPS. sports, racing, and MOBA's being free to play so long as the game is balanced for everyone. Most other genres however I just don't see how free to play can ever be implimented.

I wouldn't be surprised if he changes his mind, at the moment he's probably just looking for attention and he wants people to apologise or something. Give it awhile, and he'll realize the potential money he's missing out on and have a sudden change of heart :P
That's probably his aim, to be begged to comeback like he's some flipping emporer. Developers like him annoy me no end

No, just buy the games you want. If you don't want a game because it has bs policies like microtransactions or something else you don't like, don't buy that game and just get something else. That's what I and I'm sure many othere do.
Also, this "hardcore vs casual" tripe needs to stop.

Because they killed the batman that's why..... Jokes aside just buy treat the game companies like you would food companies: just buy the products you want no mess no fuss and hopefully pro green wack jobs won't yell at you at the counter for supporting animal hatred
