I was looking at the hints and cheats section of MGS4 get an idea of what I can unlock, and found a HUGE issue! In most of the lists other than the PS3 trophy list, the rewards and how to get them are in the opposite column of where they should be. For example; in the Face Paints list it has how to unlock the face paint in the Unlockable column, and the name of the face paint under the How to Unlock column. Is there any way this can be fixed so it is listed correctly and easy to read? Of some note, this mistake is not carried over to GameFAQs.

I would play at least MGS1 and 2, otherwise you won't know enough about most of the characters to fully understand their significance in the story. MGS3 isn't mandatory, but it shows you where everything started, and the Subsistance version has the original two games as well.
