The sound would be coming from the sound card or from your onboard audio device on the motherboard. I think ATI has some weird chip that can output audio from itself, but don't quote me on that, I just remember reading it a while ago.

I have a G15. Just press buttons, until you figure out what each button does, that's what I did :p

There are also two different G15 keyboards. One with the flip LCD and one without. I have the non-flip LCD. Most of the buttons are common sense. The buttons for the LCD are simple to use, just give it a try, you don't need anyone to really help you with that.

Honestly, I would not suggest this forum for your computer needs. Half of the people do not even know what they are saying/doing. Try good overclocking/building forums, where they know their stuff much more.

They are really good at what they do. I suggest them, but make sure you ask responsible and logical questions, or they will critique you. If you do not ask, they will not bother to tell you. If you go this powersupply is good, and you chose it without asking if anything better is out there, they will not tell you (also depends on the person). But if you know your stuff, and ask questions you will learn a lot. I also suggest reading and researching on google. Helped me in how to build my PC, and OCing as well. Took me 6 months of researching and reading, to get the basic knowledge of building my computer.

Make sure you cleaned out the older video drivers that were on the computer previously, this may cause conflicting problems.

Try reseating your card. Make sure it is all plugged in properly. You can also try cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol.

If that doens't work make sure it is the drivers off of the website. But it may sound like the graphics driver is faulty, or your power supply. Try switching out the video card, then the power supply. If the different video card works, it might be the power supply, and vice-versa.

Any 32-bit OS will support up to 3.5GB and the rest, the 500mb, will be pooled over to your video memory.

Other than disabling Sidestep. Make your you disable C1E as well, it will also flucutate, the CPU speed. But if your speed fluctutates by only a couple of MHZ then there is no problem, otherwise disable C1E as well.

If the hub is getting powered, then it sounds like maybe the uplink cable (going from hub to pc) is bad.

Although it seems there is a common problem with USB hubs to vista. Here are the links to the patch:

32-Bit Vista:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=DAB2055A-EB6B-40E3-AE83-5200B7EF497B

64-Bit Vista:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A7AC2F4D-E66C-4B1C-BBDA-1C6A9F18B14C

If that doesn't work make sure in your power settings your USB options are not set to enabled. If that doesn't work, there could be a problem the hub.

That CPU will not work with that motherboard. The only good socket 939's are 4600+, and those are on eBay, try not to get scammed, if it is around $50-60 or less, those are the ones you want to get.

I will leave you with this. When I wanted to build my first computer, what did I do, I went to google and started to research on parts, read forums, read articles. For 6 months, I read and read and read, until I learnt what was what and what is good. I never laughed at picking out parts and calling it stupid, I knew it was part of the experience. I never asked anyone for help when I built my computer, I picked the parts that I wanted, and I built it by myself. Then after that I learnt about overclocking. This doesn't pretain to chili alone, this goes out for all the rest of you guys as well.
