You'd have a 28 page manual (or 32, 36.. laways divisible by 4) and only need 26 pages to cover the game and credits so they just headed the spare pages as notes.

There is an option somewhere in settings to disable the Auto-login when you turn your 360 on.

The Official Xbox Mag in the UK is advertising a playable demo on the next disk, if they intend to produce one for the 360 can't see any reason why they wouldn't through one out on the PC as well... part ofthe opening training level is the obvious pick to use.
