Sonic Lost World is a great game that's almost a classic but is instead mildly disabled by poor design decisions
SEGA have clearly tried very hard to refine the whole Sonic experience and Sonic Lost World certainly brings the 3D games closer to playing and looking like the 2D outings. Technically the direction this game takes shoul... Read Full Review1 of 2 users found the following review helpful
GE 007 is a decent package, but it has some disappointing flaws which keep it from acheiving its full potential.
GE 007 is a decent package, but it has some disappointing flaws which keep it from acheiving its full potential. Well over a decade ago, GoldenEye 007 on the Nintendo 64 practically reinvented the FPS genre, bringing in ... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Often overlooked in favour of it's Mega Drive brother, the SMS version is fun & challenging in it's own way.
Sonic The Hedgehog on the SEGA Master System (SMS) is the version of the original Sonic game that's often overlooked. Being on the SMS, it went largely unnoticed by a chunk of gamers in 1991 as they'd already moved on to... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Super Mario Bros is without doubt one of the greatest games to hit a Nintendo console, or any console for that matter!
Super Mario Bros is THE game that started it all. You've probably heard that hundreds of times, but it truly is what really kick started the phenomenon of home video gaming in the west, and it secured Nintendo a leading ... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
A decent looking package which soon becomes marred by a dodgy frame rate, outdated graphics and some odd quirks.
Brothers In Arms: Double Time gives you two original Xbox games for the price of one (£40). Both of these games were quite successful on the Xbox, and remain largely the same having been ported over to the Wii. The ga... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
The game which revolutionized gaming in the 90's is back and better! Only considering renting this should be punishable.
Mario 64 DS is a remake of Super Mario 64, the 3D Mario platformer which debuted on N64 over a decade ago. For those who played and loved the original, or even Mario Sunshine- you're in for a treat, If you hate 3D or hav... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
A miniature Gran Turismo with fantastic graphics, sounds and tilt controls which puts any Wii racer to shame.
This is a stunning game. The developers Firemint have really put their heart and soul in to this fantastic little title. The game runs smoothly even on the 2nd generation iPod Touch, and has so many great little features... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
Call of Duty 3 is a Wii launch game, so it's bound to have flaws, but nothing excuses some issues present in this game.
I'll be honest- I played this after playing World at War, a game released a few years in to the Wii's life span. World at War is as perfect to control as any FPS could and should ever be, and I enjoyed the experience the... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
A great game scarred by an overall lack of attention, causing the game to have silly issues that shouldn't exist
Sonic 4: Episode 1 definitely feels like a Sonic game. There are rings, TV boxes, dancing sunflowers, and Sonic jumps, spins and runs through all of the trademarks loops and twists with ease. The basic plot is there too-... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
In summary; Yes. The game is Sonic The Hedgehog from the SEGA Megadrive, and it is largely untouched. The graphics are exactly the same, and the levels and enemies are all pixel perfect. Sonic still bounces, jumps... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Shadow is a fast paced game which is flawed, but at most times, very fun and extremely entertaining!
The Good: Quite fast. Many enemies and graphics have been updated to add to the games "Darker" feel. The story, once completed, is quite interesting. All the old items such as Rings and Item Boxes are back. Ass... Read Full Review3 of 3 users found the following review helpful
Sonic Gems collection, dispite the omission of a few games, is a must have for anyone who's "into" Sonic the Hedgehog.
Sonic Mega Collection was released in 2002 for the Nintendo Gamecube. It sold thousands of copies and was an instant hit. But, dispite its success, people still asked questions. The one thing missing from Mega Collection... Read Full Review2 of 3 users found the following review helpful
