Depends. Do you want an open-world game with hours of replay and a terrible stupid story, or do you want a linear game with very little replay value but a decent story.
Both are good games but only you should decide what you buy.
It's so bad that it doesn't deserve a rating. As one of those fans who waited ten years, I wish it would have just never released. I've also lost any respect for Gearbox.
We pay for Map packs because they are built from the ground up by profesionals. Forge maps can be creative but they all look very similar and bland. The more maps, the better.
Marvel vs Capcom isn't known for releasing "Super" editions like Street Fighter. You're better off waiting though. As someone already said, the game is currently broken and has a lot of DLC still in developement.
