You know what I mean. Don't be vague.

No I really don't know what you mean... which is why I asked.

This little game you're playing doesn't help Capcom's case. Lets see how you would feel if Street Fighter was bought by EA or Activision.

I don't want the company to go out of business, but I can't support this current version of Capcom. The IPs could get split up to companies that you don't want going to like EA or Activision, but if the entire company goes to one company like Konami or Take 2 I would be fine with that.

They need to do away with their crap business pratices and make a game that's worth paying full for - it needs to provide enough content, it needs to be well made, and not have a bunch of DLC held back.

I can't remember seeing a recent fighting game that doesn't let you customize the room limit.

EnoshimaJunko

This. And you could always be the host of your own room so that shit doesn't happen to you.

There's problems with that as well. There's the whole waiting period that you have to go through, and some games like Capcom's lame re-releases, that don't let you costumized the room limit.

1 vs. 1 is much better because all you have to do is hit the option and you're automacailly being matched up with somebody that you can rematch over and over again, until one of us leaves of course.

Put a 1 vs. 1 option for player matches in the online. I hate that the only option in that mode for most fighters is just the whole lobby system. It's fine as a option, but I don't like it as the only option for player match.

I dislike it for several reasons:

1. The host would kick you out for winning too much (rage kicking).

2. The host would kick you out for having a good, but not perfect, internet connection.

3. The host, who just lost to the top guy, would kick you out to get another shot out at the guy he just lost to.

MK9 offers the 1 vs. 1 option along with the king of the hill mode. I would say that MK9 is my favorite fighter from this gen, but the netcode is terrible.

Why can't these companies get it right and offer a 1 vs. 1 mode for player matches?

This recurring problem is back again. In the comment section in the news articles, my comments would only be visible to me and no one else. The way I know is when I sign out, none of my comments would appear.

What's the deal?

Wait for the GOTY/Complete Edition?

I have the GOTY/Complete Edition versions of GTA IV and Red Dead Redemption. I've always been the type that waits for the complete edition of a game. Knowing RockStar, there will be a complete edition. The more I read on about GTA V it seems like there's enough there already, but what exactly is RockStar going to do for DLC? And will it be something that I end up regretting the decision to not waiting for a complete edition?

I've been on a lot of web sites and the worse web site for me, hands-down, is GameTrailers. For a variety of reasons why I dislike GameTrailers is due to performance, features, bad or lack of moderation, and of course the community.

Performance

Last year the web site received one of the worse redesigns in gaming web site history. Instead of seeing features get added, or existed features get improved, useful and common features such as blogs got removed. Load times became god awful on that site. There were times where it would take 30 seconds to load from one page to another. And there were other time were it would the web page wouldn't load at all. The web site received its redesign last year, and nothing still didn't get improved.

Features

Before hand, the web site had a feature that allows you to keep track of your forum posts and that got removed along with the blogs as I mention earlier. The profiles, which was an actual web page, now just downgraded to a little sub-menu that just has your information about yourself and your settings. And there also the amount of type of forums, there's way too many of them. Sure we have forums dedicated to certain platforms, but have you ever heard of a "Announcement Forums"? Yes, a forum dedicated to the announcement of games. How do the engineers not remove some of the useless forums, when at the same time, they're removing features that are actually useful to the user?

The Community

All communities from whatever gaming web sites are bad, but let me get into specifics about GameTrailers. The majority of the GameTrailers community has quite possibility the biggest band of trollish ass-kissers out there. Almost everyone in that community are kissing each other's asses for opinions that they agree with, even if those people are some of the worse users known to man. I've seen users call others "f@g," "b***h," "whining b***h," "a$$hole," "stupid," "c**k-suckers," etc, etc. Despite the behaviour, bias fanboys would call them "good users," and that's being said by users that are generally fanboys for Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo. So you can see the irony and the implication as to why they would call those a$$holes good users, and of course, the three mods that are on that site are pretty much the same as everyone else.
