Patience, very few of us have it. Only then will things begin to change.

It had to be the Gamecube; my library was small and very hand picked. But those games were pretty damn awesome.
I usually get around 10 games or less. It all depends on the deals happening, new releases, platform, and etc. But 2012 was a big year for me, I got quite a number of games. This year has been slower, and next year might be even worse if I can't decide on next gen.
With only Tales of Xillia 2, Guilty Gear Xrd, and Dark Souls 2 on my calendar for next year in terms of console. PC has a few MMOs but no updates on them as of late.
I almost beat the first one with friends, and got pretty good at the game. Though there are still mechanics I'd hope they would improve but who knows if that is the case with this update.
I got the beta .... yeahhhh
now I feel like one of the lucky kids get golden ticker from willy wonka ... lol
Oh snap nice!
I'm going to say that the PS2 had the better starting line up, with a good mix of titles. Maybe some games that I remember well; Tekken Tag Tournament & Armored Core 2.
As for the PS4 line up, it's a toss up since your getting visually/performance/gameplay updated titles with some of the cross platform games.
Though if we look at the launch window (the next few months from November), there should be some good things to look forward to.
