Biggest thing i miss about games since MOST games have removed local play, LANing with mates. Its like most devs have giving the middle finger to PC people by not giving a LAN option in lots of games that would have clearly been better to jam via LAN. eg new splinter cell. Can't co-op if the net is down. sigh

Why should i buy a game if Im forced to play co-op with my flatmate sitting in the room next to me, on a server physically located all the way in EU, while Im in South Africa? Why no LAN, even if its a always online or shorted hop? lag lag lag.
