First off, I just found out that Sonic Team admited that they screwed up with "Sonic Next-Gen"

In a February 2007 interview for Kikizo magazine, Sonic Team leader Yojiro Ogawa was asked to comment on the game's glitches, control problems and loading times:

"The reason why we probably ended up with what we see today, involves a lot of reasons. One is that we did want to launch the title around Christmas, and we had the PS3 launch coming up, but we had to develop for Microsoft's 360 at the same time and the team had an awful lot of pressure on them. It was very hard for the team to try and see how we were going to come out with both versions together with just the one team. It was a big challenge."

Also, In October 2007, a possible sequel to the game was announced. It would use the same game engine and character design, but have a different storyline, and improved camera angles and removal of glitches.

Now, I cant imagine anyone getting excited for this upcoming sequel due to Sonic Team's false promises, and past mistakes with previous games. I mean, do you Sonic fans, or casual gamer's look forward to Sonic game's anymore after what they have done with "Sonic Next-Gen"? Could we trust SEGA?

Please post your opinions.

Thank you.

"Real Sonic Game"?

Thats what SEGA said about "Sonic06". If this is true though, I really hope that SEGA takes there time developing this game, and have learned from there past mistakes. (Sonic Adventure 3 on the PS3! Oh, please! Oh, please! Oh, please....)

By todays standards, yes. I agree. But, I doubt that SEGA will re-release classic sonic games on the PS3.

Me and Sonic would go dancing at a Techno dance club. Eat some chilly dogs, play some DDR at the arcade, and stop Eggman from conquering the world.

Alright guys, Im thinking about getting a 80 gig PS3 to replace my 60 gig.

So the questions are do have a 80g PS3? How do you like it? Is there a real difference in the backwards capabillity? Is it worth trading my old PS3 for this new one.

Thanks. Its only a matter of time before Sony come out with a 100 gig Ps3 in 2008.
