I really think Witcher 3 takes it, but I'm sad to see Soma didn't get a single nominee. Also I love CDPR but I think Kojima should win developer award. He fought Konami during production cause they wanted to make it into something like Gears of Wars with tons of shooting and mindless action, in order to "appeal to a wider audience" backstabbing fans. Kojima shut them down for trying to ruin his game, his legacy and trying to disrespect his fans. This was the reason Konami kicked Kojima to the curve. He went out like a champ. He deserves that award.
@toophat2014: We aren't here to discuss the morals behind cheating. I play the game through once without cheating then go back to play with exploits and mods. If you want mods and exploits or other fun things you won't find them on consoles. Even with glitches that allow money exploits, with the console money grubby companies they sell in-game currency for real cash in a lot of games. So of course they don't want you to exploit. In Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 it's more of a force to keep you playing so you'll buy DLC. If you can exploit and get everything in the game you might lose interest before DLC comes out.
Sure I feel bad for console users but when you're going to get all butthurt and try to come at me like it's my fault I just laugh and drive away in my Fallout 4 car that you can't have :P
PS4 is greedy as hell, XBO has backwards compatibility while PS4 forces you to be on PSN and you only get limited timed downloads. XBO lets you download them forever, and if you bought (for example) Fallout 3 digital download on XB360 guess what? You can download it to Xbox One for free.
Why is everyone mad about the patched exploits? If you want to cheat you shouldn't be on Xbox One or PS4 cause PC gamers can do whatever the hell they want to the game.
I already have the Fallout 4 mods Castle Defender (which allows you to build massive walls with turrets, cannons and guards while an army of Legendary Super Mutants try to destroy the town.) Oh and we have mods that allow you ride cars.
Valve you're so awesome. I wish the consoles cared this much for their customers. Although that's what they get for using Mac. Knowing Apple they'll probably make it so you have to buy an app to get it to work.
