In the movie it's against the current education system/culture in America that teaches every child that they are unique/special, even when they are average and below, that their feelings and ideas are just as important and valid as anyone else.
In modern political parlance, it can be basically translated to 'facts over feelings'
SJW's have started using it in a, 'nah you are' type 'argument' thinking anti-SJW's are just as thin skinned. Sorry there isn't really a good name for 'anti-SJW', it's a broad set of people from ideologically diverse backgrounds.
@domiddian: Nope, my biggest disappointment with the PS4 Pro is they won't allow 60fps on the Pro in games which run at 30fps on the vanilla PS4, to keep online gaming fair.
@starjay009: lol you have no idea, you are not a PC gamer, you can get a high end rig for that which would shit on the PS4 Pro. The Pro has a good price/performance ratio.
@cimerians: Maybe in the 90's, the OS demands on modern hardware is minimal, not to mention XBONE is piratically windows 10. Console's advantage is spending a lot of time and money and downgrading graphics to mould the game around the single spec, that's gone now.
33.5 fps average dipping into the 20's is playable FPS now is it, not in any PC graphics card review I've ever read, you could have just linked to a competent review of a 480, is it a capable card for 4k? No it is not.
I saw it tonight, it was entertaining but had no soul, the first of the reboot is still the best of the three, this movie isn't bad, it's just the first two had better stories and were more faithful to the franchise.
Good review, may want to update/expand your benchmark library to include more recent titles, but well done. The 1060 met expectations and beats the 480 8G in most cases, for similar AIB pricing.
@---Cipher--- Because it comes down to open and repeated bias by a reviewer who should be professional, it was ridiculous that a game which sets out to satire every social topic they could think of, from religion to veganism, to have a single offensive issue picked and pointed out as the only negative of the game.
It doesn't excuse the abusive comments, but everyone knew when they saw that in the review that it was going to be a shit fight in the comments. Gamespot knew it, they ran it anyway for the publicity, they do have editors you know, this is a publication not someones blog.
Danny is spot on in general, and brought up some good points.
Gamespot chose to have a wildly unpopular reviewer review one of the most popular games of all time, they knew these comments were coming, they then publish a show about how we should be ashamed of ourselves for the minority that made personal comments, completely ignoring the rational critiques of the review. Gamespot should be ashamed of themselves for blatantly exploiting political issues for more hits.
9 out of 10, couldn't care less that it didn't get a 10, however everyone knows, including johnny why the stated negatives for it not getting a 10 were inappropriate. The Gamespot editor knew too, but chose to run it as is anyway just to get more hits. Talk about offering an employee to the wolves, scumbag move really.
