@leo316r But that's always going to be the case. With games of the Skyrim magnitude it's expected to be buggy no matter how much beta testing is done on the game. Thankfully consoles like the 360 and PS3 have the ability to remotely receive updates that fix some of those bugs. No need to call me a kid.

You keep using the word "consumer" but I don't think it means what you think it means. Consumers have a choice. Dawnguard wasn't even released for PS3, therefore it cannot be "defective." It makes more sense to not release it if they think the DLC will not be up to par with consumer expectations. By your flawed logic Xbox360 gamers should bitch to Naughty Dog for not releasing the Uncharted series for the Xbox.
