@WolfGrey @SaintLeonidas @MakoNB Yes, a smart move on their part to inform those who don't know how Kickstarter works, so that they don't blame the wrong people...which they clearly needed to do, because even after doing so people still think they do have obligations. Even when told people seem to be too dumb to realize it.

@dannyodwyer @SaintLeonidas They have been as responsible as they need to be. Not sure why I need to reiterate that this was Winterkewl's project, but I will. No matter how much promotion the Yogscast did, it was Winterkewl's responsibility to handle all money involved. Any financial responsibility, any obligation to reimburse, is solely Winterkewl's.

@MakoNB @SaintLeonidas ...yeah, Yogscast never DEMANDED money from anyone. They asked their fans to support Winterkewl, trusting that Winterkewl would deliver...again, not the Yogscast fault that they didn't.

@dannyodwyer @SaintLeonidas As someone who occasionally watches the Yogscast's video, it was pretty clear that this was a third party who wanted to make a game similar to the ones the Yogscast played, and so asked them to use their image and brand to help get it made. If you actually watched their videos you would know the Yogscast had a lot of faith, and were very excited, that Winterkewl wanted to do this and were hoping it would do their brand justice. Unfortunately their faith and trust in Winterkewl was a mistake. But Winterkewl's failures are ultimately NOT the Yogscast's responsibility and they are clearly just as disappointed in how this turned out as the fans. Plus their apathetic response is not "childish" but actually good business, legally. To assume any responsibility for the mistakes of another company would be just plain stupid. The Yogscast have done what they can to give fans some reimbursement and said they will try to do more. But at the end of the day they have already done more than they need to.

LMAO at the whole attempt at "serious investigative journalism" in this video. Calm down guy. At the end of the day, if the Kickstarter was started and run by Winterkewl, and if it was Winterkewl's project, then THEY are responsible, not Yogscast. That is like people getting mad at the NFL if EA makes a shitty game. And of course the Yogscast are distancing themselves from the company. They trusted that Winterkewl could pull this off, hence why they promoted this so much. Winterkewl failed miserably, and it is embarrassing. I'd distance myself from such a thing as well. Plus, you are assuming, Mr. Serious Journalist, that they knew this would fail from the beginning. Doubt that was the case. Smart move by Lewis to remind the angry crowds that the complaints should go to Winterkewl, and good on them for giving out the access codes which they really did not need to do.

Good, yes, please remove levels. With these changes I'd prefer people not so easily be able to see how long I've associated myself with this site.
