I think both Outlier and Hella Old-School emblems are a glitch currently. Hella Old-School replaced my and several other PC aficionado emblems, and at the same time we got the Outlier emblem (I don't know why I have it, since I don't really meet the requirements).
I watched the show too, though I think I was late for the first 10 min or so.
Eh, proof? Well, I didn't participate very much, cause I don't care much for X360 games, but I remember some scenes from the event, talk about hiding, snipers, melee attack etc... It was a long time ago though.
It is a glitch though. Recently, GS replaced the "n/a" for no messages with a zero, so that could've messed something up. I didn't have that problem with PMs, but sometimes some of my updates won't mark as viewed when I view them, so the updates number gets stuck. It get's back to zero after few hours though.
That error is not very rare, unfortunately. It means that the file is corrupted or you didn't download it right. You can try again, but if it keeps happening, it could mean that GS has a bad file in the system.
