I read about that, apparently if you connect it to the cpu fan header when its starting up and the cpu isnt very hot it doesnt get enough power to run the pump at the correct level...
Im planning on building a new rig and I want to go with a closed loop kit with a single 120mm or 140mm rad because I prefer the clean look compared to a huge monolithic air cooler. However some people say they are not yet really trust worthy as they are still new and all the kinks havent been worked out. So im asking you guys whether there are any cheap but good watercooling kits out their. I have been looking at the Antec Kuhler h20 620 which seems to be a steal on amazon for £44...
surely you would need a monitor and everything with you as well? it sounds like you just need a suitcase which fits your tower... ive never heard of or seen a desktop carrying case...

if your fan isnt working then system probably recognises that and won't boot the computer because if it did the cpu would overheat and your laptop would be dead. OR your fan has failed, and the cpu has overheated, what were you doing with it last night?
