Above everything else, I'd have to put Bloodborne as my #1, with Witcher 3 being a very VERY close #2. Having said that, I have put more hours into Destiny 2 than any other game so that has to be mentioned.
Yeah its weird.. LA Noire is the only game it cuts out on. I can play Mass Effect 2, COD, and Tekken all for hours with no problems, but I put on LA Noire and boom system shut down.
Is anyone having problems playing this game? I'm on PS3 and the game cuts off after about 30 minutes due to overheating. And apparently a lot of people are having issues with PS3 and 360 with reports of the game freezing randomly. Info can be found at link but has anyone been able to fix this without going through the ridiculous steps of creating a temporary account?
^Yeah in all honesty thats the best way to go. I don't know how old you are or how long you've been gaming, but once you play enough games, you'll realize that no matter how good a game is, 90% of them will follow some sort of formula. I can put a game in and within 10 minutes of playing, I can pretty much assume "ok I'll probably be able to do this" or "Iprobably won't be able to do this, because they probably didn't program that into the game." That kind of assessment comes playing A LOT of games for a REALLY long time (I'm 29 years old and I've been a gamer since I was about 6 or 7). Also a lot of it has to do with good hand-eye coordination. Unfortunately if you don't have that I don't really know what one could do to improve it.
I can definitely feel where you're coming from. There was a point a few years ago when there wasn't a single game that I was interested in, and I found myself going back and replaying a lot of the games I owned over just because there was nothing new for me. And at that point I felt as if gaming would be over for me. Maybe right now there aren't any games on the market for you, but if you're a hardcore gamer then I'm sure they'll be some stuff for you to get into in the future... especially with the natal and move right the corner. Just give it a little time.
Games I'm looking/hoping for: Dead Space 2, Ninja Gaiden 3, Dead or Alive 5, Silent Hill ?, Castlevania, Devil May Cry 5, Sonic 2D game, Soul Calibur 5, Batman 2, Killzone 3, Virtua Fighter 6, Final Fantasy 14. I would have Resident Evil 6 but with the re-release of Res 5, I don't think we'll see 6 at least for another year.
