Im not trying to knock cod4 because its an incredible game.Ill reiterate Cod4 is a fantastic game. But i feel warhawk has quite a bit of diversity as far as gameplay is concerned. There are so many roles you can take on during any even given match. Not to mention all the different modes of transporation. They all add to a very immersive and strategic experience.Even if you arent great at the game you can still have alot of fun. The diversity of the game gives it very extremely high replay value. Not to say that cod4 isnt diverse but i think warhawk may have the edge.
The demo far exceeded my expectations. I have the disc version and there was no slowdown whatsoever. I was actually surprised at how fluid the gameplay was.The graphics are gorgeous and the controls are great(although i am going to purchase the slim charger grip for comfort). For a psp game it has a very epic feel to it. I was very skeptical at first but now this game for me is a must have. Just my 2 cents..
I'm with the people who say its the same ole same ole. Just downloaded the demo and played it and I wasn't impressed at all. The graphics were ok nothing to be wowed about in fact I saw tech demo of DMC4 over a year ago that looked better than the demo. You know the one with Dante fighting a video camera now that looked tight. I've beaten all the DMCs and I liked 1 hated 2 thought 3 was the best because of the customizations and difficulty. After playing the demo I feel like its going to be like 2 way too easy and short. Games like ninja gaiden and shinobi have spoilded me when it comes to games like this and I expect a challenge and so far I don't think the DMC4 will deliver. Plus I expected a bigger upgrade to the franchise considering its a new generation.deebo_x
I totally agree with you.Im sure die hard fans will love this game But all in all i gotta admit i was underwhelmed. It didnt feel next-gen at all. To be honest it felt like i was playing the original dmc. Graphics are mediocre at best and the gameplay feels rehashed. JMO But i would only rent this game or borrow from a friend. Once again im not saying the game stinks or anything but if you were looking for a new experience for the dmc series this game isnt going to deliver it.
