It's crazy to see how Naughty Dog went from games like Crash Bandicoot, and Jak and Daxter, to Uncharted and The Last of Us. Lol, they've come a long way. Kinda wish they still made those stylized games still, but whatever Naughty Dog does next, I'm sure they will outdo themselves in their next release.

Last of Us is definitely a day one buy for me :).

I'm surprised all these reviewers are already scoring The Last of US 1 week in advance. Normally it's like two or three days before the game is released. But I've seen reviews popping up a week and a half an advance. Freakin' crazy, and makes me jealous cuz that means they get to get their hands on the game early.

All I know is, the minute I get it, I'm going to sit my butt down. Prepare some snackage on the side, pop up a bottle of soda, and play the living crap out of the game :P.

Lol, I still can't believe that those who bought god of war ascension had to wait like 3 months just for a 5 to 10 minute demo :P.

I'd say it's a good thing the demo wasn't longer than that. Naughty Dog didn't want to give away too much. It's a teaser of things to expect.

Nice impression btw

Lol, thank you man :P. And I agree with you, it's good that they kept it short so when we all get our hands on the game, there will be PLENTY of surprises in store :D

The demo was INCREDIBLY short, but it did leave a VERY good first impression after I had finished it :). I have a video about my experience with the short demo if you're interested :D. Plus there's also a bunch of ppl on youtube playing through the demo that you can check out, but trust me, you aren't missing a whole lot. Certainly not enough to where you'd need a fake psn account.

I want to want the Wii U, but there's nothing that interests me on the system.  Honestly, with half of the games out in the first year ports of games I could play on my PS3 or PC, why would I buy one?

Right now the future of this system looks grim.  I'm hoping there's something intriguing in that Nintendo Direct they're planning before E3.

I agree with you man, I'm really hoping Nintendo announces some great titles for the WiiU at E3, or I might just have to save my money and bring it elsewhere. Perhaps to PAX? Lol xD.

Wow it looks like a lot of you guys have VERY different opinions on which JRPGs are the best, and more importantly, which games are even considered a JRPG. Either way, I've enjoyed reading all of your responses, and I think I have a few games that I definitely want to try. So to everyone who has contributed so far, thank you good sirs :).

Very interesting :). I guess everyone has a different definition of what a JRPG is to them.

For me a JRPG has that unique taste/flavor that can only be obtained by being initially created in Japan. If you're looking at more old school JRPGs, many of them usually revolve around saving the world, discovering your childhood friend is a Princess, or getting your town attacked from the start hahahaha xD. But either way, I still enjoy playing JRPGs :).

Lol, so what do you guys consider a JRPG then? What the key components that would make up a JRPG? :P Maybe this should be created in another thread lol.

Thanks for the feedback you guys :). I think I will go ahead and wait until after E3 to see what Nintendo says regarding a price drop, hopefully there is one :).
