Well at least thieves now know which places to avoid. This may very well save lives.

Storm_Marine
Houses where the thief knows a gun is are more likely to be robbed, not less. they can make money on guns, or upgrade their own arsenal. The houses least likely to be robbed are the ones where the thief doesn't know for sure either way. I live in Georgia, I don't need a license of any type unless I want to conceal and carry.

Wouldn't be hard for them to check and verify that they have one more disc of Bioshock than they should have, and verify that they did in fact sell a disc they still had. I've been through it before.

I hate the term "assault" weapons because it really doesn't mean anything.VoodooHak
My own use of the term would refer to any weapon that is designed to kill as many people as possible, in as small an amount of time as possible. No civilian needs such a weapon in any incident short of a zombie outbreak.

As I try to explain to anti-choice advocates, making something illegal doesn't mean you get rid of it. Their is a sensible middle ground here.

Do I know you?

No worries.....after reading a few more of your posts....it's definitely you.:)

You desperately need an intervention. Spend less time on the internet.

I'll start caring about meaningless awards approximately never.

Alter_Echo
Also this. Can we find something more meaningless and arbitrary to talk about?

It's a pretentious choice by pseudo-intellectuals vying for attention while simultaneously trying to infuse this medium with some semblance of artistic credibility, especially in light of recent events which have once again placed violent media into the spotlight.

That said, it's a good game but I wouldn't even classify it as the best downloadable software, with something like Mark of the Ninja being a far better interactive experience and employing a fantastic art style.

It's not a horrible choice but given how many truly fantastic games hit the shelves this year it is a relatively uninspired and obvious pick by the wannabe art house crowd.

Pretty much this. Yep.

I've not seen such drivel in a post since my last visit to SW.dercoo
Is this the part where we have a circular argument where we just reword what we've already said, debate semantics, and wait each other out to see who can get the last word in? Been a while since I did the whole internet slap fight thing with one of you people.

Well, no. Wayne Lapierre is a brain dead dolt. He is the person who is responsible for the fact that Adam Lanza even had access to such a weapon at all, as he is the one who campaigned to let the assault weapons ban expire. He wants to talk about the media being complicit in these murders? He practically gave this guy the gun and clips himself. Besides, for the program to work you would actually need an armed guard in EVERY classroom. Columbine had a single armed guard, he couldn't do sh*t. Lots of good guys with guns were at Virginia Tech as well. If the armed guard is at the front of the school, and the shooter comes in the back with an assault rifle with several thirty round clips, he or she could easily kill double the students Lanza killed before said security guard was even close enough to survey the situation.

England has a lot of the same games, they had I do believe about eight gun deaths last year. "Violent video games" are not to blame, they are just an easy scape goat for stupid lazy people.
