If I'm in charge for Microsoft's Xbox department. I would make sure Xbox have the dumbed down version of Windows 10 to make our consumers feel like it's a home console and at same time Xbox can play the entire PC library. Consumers would be like "Wow, Xbox got shitload of games. F*** Playstation." Game over.

I think Microsoft should push for "prebuilt PC" Xbox if they want to win the competition against Sony. If Xbox get to play the entire PC library, I can't see Sony can continue providing the competition unless they change their strategies.
