I saw the IGN review claiming the issues also, so when my copy came in I prepared for the worst. Nothing happened though it runs fine for without any issues except a little screen tearing but not slow down or NPC's taking a while to pop up. Maybe the Xbox they were using was in its final days. There was a day one update so maybe they addressed that issue with the patch. They also could of had a pre-release copy but im just talking out loud there.... It runs fine on 360 go ahead, buy it.
Granted I'm only level 30, the Drake right outside of the quarry brings a certain fear to my squad mainly because he's taken me out quite a few... Just waiting till i unlock Dire Gouge then HE'S MINE!
