There are also PLENTY of extremist groups in the U.S. that maintain views that are, well, extreme. Turning a blind eye to it is the absolute last thing that needs to be done.
@kachal: Or simply don't.... Play something else with your friends instead after expressing said concern. I certainly don't plan on buying it. I refuse to continue being a lemming and giving money away to half ass projects. Band together and play some Warframe instead.
@unfriendlytoast: I wonder the same thing. I had a wonderful streak of not clicking on any of Eddie's articles, and at times I would be skeptical. I really hope that one day CBS/Gamespot will get rid of this garbage "journalist."
@drake08: The sheer fun factor from the games you play on the 3DS by far makes up for the lacking of good graphics. The Fire Emblem series, Chrono Trigger, Smash Bros, Zelda series, and many more just make the platform a solid choice.
@cherub1000: As someone who has a Sony 65" 850C, 4k really isn't all that big a deal. Initially for certain things, namely nature videos you'll be blown away, but everything else pretty much looks the same.
I sit 15ft away from my television, which also doubles up as my monitor and run everything at 4k. Sometimes I swap back to 1080 due to certain games (namely shooters) are best played in 1080 due to how small the pixels are, and it occasionally causes a headache. I can load up Battlefield 4 or Battlefront in either resolution and I can't tell the difference.
@Supabul: As someone who is using a Sony 65" 850C for a television/monitor I can assure you that 4k isn't what it's cracked up to be unless you're sitting right under your television/monitor. Granted I'm sitting 8' away from my television, but that optimum distance, and I can barely tell a difference.
