I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm looking for a decent RPG for Xbox 360. The problem is, I'm not sure what to get. The following is a list of RPGs I've already played:
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Fable 1/2/3
Fallout 3
Bioshock 1 & 2
Dead Space 1
Can you recommend any decent RPGs which are out at the moment and quite popular? I'd prefer to play more popular RPGs to be honest, as then I know the game has some credibility behind it. I'm looking for an RPG which will provide a good amount of lastability aswell, either with gameplay hours or added downloadable content etc. It's nice to play a game knowing that it's most likely going to have added DLC in the future.
I was thinking perhaps about trying Mass Effect seeing as the 3rd has been anounced, but I've never even completed the first, and I'm not sure if I'd like it or not tbh. I love RPGs where you can constantly upgrade yourself along with your armour, weapons, etc & also be able to find weapons & armour from enemies or in special locations etc.
I was also curious about picking up Dragon Age, but then again, that's another game I'd have to play right from the start, as I haven't even played the first one yet. I don't really like buying sequels to games when I haven't played the first one, so if I was to pick any game with a sequel, then I'd need to play the first aswell, but then again I'm not sure if it'd be worth it or not considering Mass Effect 1 & Dragon Age 1 have been out for quite some time now.
There's also Fallout: New Vegas I could try, but that seemed to be really popular when it first came out and then it just seemed like people lost interest all of a sudden for some reason, so again, I'm not sure about that either. I could get Dead Space 2, but I wasn't sure if it'd really be a good time sink, as it's not really an RPG as such. If it's only several hours worth of gameplay before it becomes useless, then I'd rather get something else tbh.
Obviously when Skyrim is released I'll be playing that constantly, but this will be to just pass some time until it comes out & perhaps get up to date with sequels etc coming out.
Anyway, what do you guys suggest? I'm open for any suggestions, including games I've not mentioned here, if you feel I'd enjoy them.
Thanks.

I have an Xbox 360 with 3 controllers, which is played on a lot when my brother and my friend come round at times. We usually spend all night on the Xbox, but the only 2 player game we have at the moment is Fifa 11. I'm looking for a game where all 3 of us can play at the same time if possible, but I can't think of any games.
Do you guys have any ideas? New(ish) games are preferred to be honest, but if there's any older games where all 3 of us can play simultaneously, I'd appreciate hearing about them.
Oh and First Person Shooters are out of the question, as unfortunately whereas I love them, my brother and friend hate them.
Thank you
You can't play CoD 3 player can you? Also, I should have mentioned, anything but an FPS will be what I'm looking for really, as my brother and friend don't particularly like FPS games. As we'll be paying a 3rd each for the game, I have to get one they'll want to play aswell.

Yeah my thinking is that Burnout will be more fun, but I can't help get past all these brilliant reviews Forza has gotten.
I'm looking to purchase a driving game for the Xbox 360 and have my eye on two: Burnout Paradise & Forza Motorsport 3. They both received near enough the same rating on different game websites (Gamespot, IGN etc) but I'm not sure which to get. I like games where I can improve/tune my cars, but I also like games which feature intense crashes & really fast driving etc.
I've looked at videos of Forza 3 on Youtube and it just seems to be a mundane run of the mill driving sim, whereas Burnout Paradise seems to have more action & fast paced driving etc. Despite this, I'm still not sure which game to get, because Forza 3 is newer than Burnout Paradise & it seems to be getting a hell of a lot of good ratings/reviews from people.
What do you guys suggest, and would you be able to tell me the main differences between the two games?
Many thanks in advance :)

I live in the UK and it's around 2 months until the game is officially released. I heard from somebody though that preordering the game gives me access to a beta key which allows me to play the game as usual, although I may encounter bugs etc due to it still being tested and what not.
Can anybody confirm this? Also, if this IS true will I still be able to keep my character once the proper game is released and is it worth preordering so I can play it right now, or should I just wait until it's officially released?
Thanks!PublicNuisance
it is true my room mate is playing the beta because he preordred. I however am playing the beta because Fileplanet gave out free keys.
OK, does preordering allow me to play constantly until it's officially released and will I be able to continue playing on the character I create in the beta once it's released? And finally, will I need to pay subscription in order to play the Beta? Thanks.I live in the UK and it's around 2 months until the game is officially released. Well I just figured I'd post the original question as the game has been out in Korea for a while so I've heard, therefore I thought people would be able to let me know if it IS successful or not.
The first ever MMORPG I played was Guild Wars & I absolutely loved it, but once I'd completed the game, reached max level & done clear after clear of dungeons such as Underworld/Fissure of Woe etc I became bored of it as there really wasn't much else left to do. I guess it was no surprise really considering it was F2P. Anyway, I then decided to go a step further & subscribe to World of Warcraft, which was around 1 month before WOTLK expansion came out, so I joined at a rather late date. I then played for around 8 months & also loved it but things such as Gold Sellers, a massively childish community involving arguments near enough every time I logged on etc caused me to uninstall the game & cancel my subscription. This along with the fact that the game had been out since 2004 caused me to look elsewhere for a decent MMORPG.
A month or so later Warhammer Online had just come out, therefore I bought it & gave it a shot. I played for a few weeks & started noticing a RAPID decline in population across all EU servers. Every server I looked at said "LOW" in regards to it's population, and considering the game is based a lot on PvP the gameplay suffered immensely, therefore I ended up quitting. The next MMORPG I tried was Age of Conan, but I'm sure a lot of you have read how much AoC is suffering in regards to member population etc. Basically the same thing happened with AoC that happened in Warhammer Online, so I quit THAT aswell.
So here I am now waiting for a decent MMORPG to come out therefore I thought Aion looked pretty decent & it's supposedly meant to arrive in stores here (UK) on the 25th September 2009. The thing is, I'm worried that it may just end up like AoC and Warhammer Online where people play it for a week or so, then just quit altogether & go back to WoW etc. I'm looking for a game where near enough everybody in it is starting from scratch and we're all "noobs" so to speak, therefore as I'm levelling etc I'll have many people around my level to play with. I have two choices really, resubscribe to WoW or wait 2 months for Aion to come out & buy it, but I just don't want to waste my money if it will possibly go down the same route as AoC & WO. On the other hand, there's many OTHER MMORPGs coming out soon therefore is Aion the route to go down for me (taking into account my experience with previous MMOs) or are there other upcoming ones that will be better suited to me?
Thanks :)
