Gamespot is a REALLY big site full of a wide variety of articles that cover a great number of topics related to videos games. That's why it's so popular. No one is putting a gun to to your head, forcing you to read this opinion piece (or, more accurately, no one is putting a gun to your head forcing you to click on this, glance it over, and then leave a hateful mean-spirited comment).
So hey, if having your views on sexuality and gender challenged makes you so insecure and sad that you have to lash out in a childish and immature way, then maybe don't click on the article? Just a thought
Or you could, I dunno, do the rest of us a favor and turn off your computer, throw it in the trash and then join a monastery in the middle of nowhere so we don't have to worry about your hideous horrible thoughts infecting future generations.
@StinkySkunkGirl @DMND @Crazyguy105 "I'd rather read five Makuch articles about the League of Legends esports scene than another Petit article or review"
@Electrofreak @Wormkid_64 No...actually, very few women want to be a sexed-up barely-clothed idiot who is kidnapped by a super-villain. READ THE F_CKING ARTICLE BEFORE YOU SAY THIS STUPID SH_T.
@Wormkid_64 Time and time again this is brought up, time and time again it's a stupid argument.
Women in video games serve as male wish fulfillment, sex toys for their amusement. MEN in this games also serve as wish fulfillment, as an ideal that they want to be, not for something women find attractive and appealing.
"While the flashlight limitation was a frequent complaint among players and reviewers, it was also a deliberate and no doubt carefully considered design decision. "
