Big Boi's Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty Review

by on

A few years in the making, Big Boi's debut Sir Luscious Left Foot defines one of the more powerful and heavily-unique Outkast-related records. Deep on the Funk and Jazz-esque not much other rap artists have been confident about in the past decade, provides mature listeners with the wettest of dreams Patton's mind has ever revolved on. Yes, most of the songs are about sex but in a far more winning way than his solo-work Speakerboxxx he did back in 2004 alongside Andre 3000's The Love Below in a double-album as Outkast when they just about reached their peak of complex lyrics. The greatest verses you could ever hear from the hot lips of Big Boi are on Sir Luscious Left Foot, A more true MC solo rather than always being slightly worse than Dre since the birth of his career as a rapper.

His club-banger "Shutterbugg" is probably the most radio-friendly song on the album and has some great pop-elements that would be corny if it weren't for Big Boi. Featured artists vary from up-and-coming white rapper Yelawolf to 80s Funk singer George Clinton. Once you get to the jaw-dropping closer "Back Up Plan" that Big Boi takes off alone, you begin to debate whether Sir Luscious Left Foot is a modern hip-hop masterpiece or not. With the omission of fellow companion Andre 3000 being the album's biggest flaw, it still remains as one and showed that Antwan Andre Patton went through one of the biggest difficulties in the history of the duo's career, the making of the album.

Will the greatest game of all time ever happen?

by on

Its hard to decide what the greatest game of all time is whether its Super Mario Bros., Ocarina of Time, Resident Evil 4, or Metal Gear Solid 2, but do you think a more greater game will ever be released? A game that will revolutionize a whole new generation or genre like what SMB and Tetris did. It could happen within this year since 2010 looks like the greatest year in gaming history to me. I'll just have to wait and see if I'll like Mass Effect 2 more than the original when I get it next week. Who knows it could end up being Game of The Year when its coming out the first month of such an anticipating year of masterpieces like Bioshock 2, FFXIII, Red Dead Redemption, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Halo: Reach, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and possibly the Untitled Zelda Project (if it releases this year). Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime recently stated that the next Zelda has to be perfect which means it could beat Ocarina of Time.

Glad MW2 didn't win the Spike VGAs

Its been the most anticipated game of the year for most people and was the best game of the year that I've played, but still I've never beaten the game that won Game Of The Year: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. I bet if I did then it would be my favorite game of the year since I thought the demo was amazing when I played it at Gamestop. I'm also getting Assassin's Creed 2 and Spirit Tracks for Christmas, and I know they will be more satisfying than MW2's short Campaign. I'm getting sick of its online, anyways.

Level 24 and stuff

I'm level 24. The other day I bought Monkey Island:SE on XBL and beat it, it was the funniest game. The game I want most is Halo 3: ODST which comes out in about 2 months.

Beat Ocarina of TIme!

I beat it for the first time and I can say that its probably the best game I've ever beaten. I don't know which is better, OoT or Wind Waker.

I need UP!

UP, the 10th Pixar movie releases in theatres this Friday. I heard that its probably the best Pixar movie from some reviews, but I doubt that it could beat amazing movies like Toy Story, Wall-E, A Bug's Life, and Finding Nemo. Its also the first Pixar movie to be in 3-D. The movies also has 100% positive reviews on RottenTomatoes.com from 25 reviews.

The next 4 movies after UP have been announced a while ago. They are:

Toy Story 3 (June 18, 2010)

Cars 2 (June 24, 2011)

The Bear and the Bow (December 25, 2011)

Newt (June, 2012)

Resident Evil 5 is so great!

Its one of my favorite 360 games and is possibly better than RE4. I beat it and it was wicked amazing but the bosses weren't as good as RE4's.
