When Halo 2 came out, I couldn't wait to get it. I don't even have Xbox Live, and I couldn't wait to get it. But that was the thing, it wasn't just the new dual wield guns, or the new multiplayer lobby that I was excited about. It was the new storyline.

just the other day I was telling my friend that Halo was unique because it could have such great gameplay details, like sniping an Elite from your secret sniping spot, and then jumping down and blowing up a Scorpian with your Rocket launcher, and have a gripping storyline. That's why I think Halo (If made correctly) could be an amazing movie.  

Actually, yeah, I just realised that. I also agree, COD3 is definately a game you should be thinking of.

Could you just post saying whether you have Xbox Live or not, and how many controllers too?

Hi there, I'm polirick and love RPGs, shooters, and adventure. I only have one game at the moment, Oblivion, and I love it, I really do. But the thing is, I might be getting Xbox live, and I can't really play with my mates on the others side of the country on Oblivion.

So I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions of what game(s) I should get (Like maybe Gears of war, but the campaign won't last me long.....). If you could, that would be a great help, and maybe I could use this info to make a topic showing what you think the best games people should have to start off with 360. Thanks.

Well, it depends what sort of shooter you're looking for. If you have 2-4 controllers, or have Xbox Live, then  I highly recommend GRAW2, Since me and my mates have had hours of fun fighting enemies of varying AI. I can't say much for RB6 Vegas, since I've not played on it much, but the graphics do look imense. GRAW2's Single campaign is supposed to be quite tough, so if you're really goos at 3rd person shooters then this might be perfect for you. But then again, if you have no desire to play multiplayer in anyway at all, and you're not so good at 3rd person shooters, then I think Vegas is the game for you!
