I agree with you, there aren't that many games that treated the possibility of the near extinction of mankind (besides GoW) from that viewpoint. Like in mass effect, the player was distant from the massive destruction and all that. Now we'll be IN it!
But I don't like the label "oblivion with guns". I'd say it's more like an hybrid between S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Far Cry 2, combining rpg/shooter/open ended world in one game.
Is it?
Someone owning it wanna comment on this because I'm planning to buy it but it says french version and I want it english.
But about the OC with the crosshair... I don't wanna mess up my system (my father already did back with his old rig) but how can I "safely" overclock? I know that the lifespan of my hardware will be greatly reduced but my system is a year old and I plan to keep it running for about a year or two so the lifespan of the hardware should not be an issue. I want to raise the BUS speed to avoid any bottleneck (ideally, I'd like to OC the GPU CPU and ram and I know that if I don't overclock the motherboard it won't get any better...)
Thanks again!
Hi there, I've got two questions that can be tricky;
1- I'd like to buy a XFX 8800GTX Ultra to pair with my already owned eVGA 8800GTX. Is it possible to do so? I think I already saw that somewhere and the only thing you have to watch is the model number and the amount of VRAM in your card. (8800 768mb)
2- I'm relatively new to OC; I didn't have to do it when I bought my computer. Can someone breef me about some "safe OC technique" with the crosshair? Here are my current specs. The thing is that I don't want my CPU to be a bottleneck...
AMD AM2 6000+
Asus Crosshair motherboard
6gb SLI-ready memory 800 mhz 5-5-5-15
eVGA 8800 GTX
2 x 500GB 7,2k HDD
650 watts Power supply
I know this is a big request but take your time!
Thanks a lot.
