Excellent quality puzzle game, good production values. Intriguing plot. Lacks replay value but fun to share with others.
I admit that i had overlooked Professor Layton on the DS. I saw gameplay footage of it before and thought it was boring. It was only when i heard people were saying it was good that i decided to try it out. Well, you see... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
Best ghost-busting game out there, even now in 2009. Charming, sweet game. Enjoy what's there because it's over too soon
Wow. Blast to the past! Luigi's Mansion was a launch title for the Gamecube as well as being a showcase for the machine's capabilities in light/shadowing, load times and controller. It used the GC pad to good effect with... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King
Expect to pay additional 300 Wii pts for Dungeon Pack to enjoy this game till the last boss. Niche game but v.addictive!
It's crazy how long the title of this game is, just try counting the syllables on both hands (and feet) :|. MLAAK is a strategy business simulation set in the world of FF: Crystal Chronicles, available through 'Wiiware'... Read Full Review0 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Light-hearted, humourous fun. Plays just like the other LEGO games but is faithfully Indiana Jones 1-3. Best in Co-op.
To be honest, I feel that there isn't much to say about this game. It's Lego. It's Indiana Jones, 3 films to be exact. It's a basic 3rd person, 'hack and slash' game which plays out faithfully to the original films. Puzz... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
If you enjoyed HL2, why don't you have this already? This one episode can put most full-retail FPS games to shame.
Wow, what can I say. I completed episode 1 quite some time ago and I felt it was a slight disappointment to HL2 standards. Episode 2 however has completely reassured me of excellence from Valve once again. Obviously, th... Read Full Review2 of 4 users found the following review helpful
Resident Evil 0
Challenging, yet easy to pick up - puzzler. Large variety of game modes, a level editor and multiplayer = entertainment.
I first knew of Boom Blox when news broke out that Steven Spielberg was being involved in it with EA (Los Angeles). What? Steven Spielberg? The movie director? Er...yes. I don't know what exactly his input was for this g... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
A excellent combination of FPS, RPG elements, immersive story-telling. Bioshock also offers you freedom in how to fight.
I briefly mentioned this before somewhere, this is definitely deserving of the game of the year nominations from several websites. Bioshock is not just a first person shooter. It has RPG elements like HP, MP, a 'leveling... Read Full Review1 of 2 users found the following review helpful
Final Fantasy II
Final Fantasy flavoured epicness with some cliches - but the core gameplay, characters and story shines through.
Oh wow. I completed a JRPG! It took a long time, I think I clocked up around 40 hours when I toppled the final boss. Anyway, Final Fantasy IV for the DS is a 3D remake. I'll admit I haven't played the original, but my ex... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
A great recreation of the arcade shooter experience. It's short and simple but it's best replayed with the unlockables.
I'm actually not sure I should be mini-reviewing it or not. You see, the light-shooter game, Ghost Squad is actually one of those games you beat but not yet complete - kind of like a fighting game. I like to beat a game ... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
