It looked like a PS4 Pro with better loading times. I mean what did you guys expect. An RTX2080 will cost more than 2x of the PS5 when it's released. That tells you all you need to know. All this is doing is bringing consoles up to 80% of what PC gamers can experience today. I'm waiting for the RTX3080, true next gen

The problem with Assassins Creed games is that the story behind the game and it's quests feel like they have been written by some hardcore Marxist university student who likes to think of their rebellious nature as edgy. The characters were all so pretentious and boring. You would have to be naive to think you were anything other than the bad guy. A story about Bad guys vs bad guys, i'm too old for all that pretentious nonsense. If you want a more mature RPG play Kingdom Come or Red dead Redemption 2

Theres no way they can allow this game or any next gen game to run at 30fps. They need to seriously scale back those GPU options. I just about get 60fps at 4k in odyssey with the odd setting turned down from ultra with a RTX 2080. They need to lower those graphics for Valhalla

Gaming is going to the cloud, for many this is how they play now. Many people are getting much better experiences with Stadia than they get with a PS4 or xbox one. As a PC gamer i don't want to keep spending thousands every few years so i'm looking forward for when gaming becomes like Netflix

The Upgrade system was only brought in when Microsoft and Sony decided to make each generation longer. When PS4 first came out 1080p at 30fps was actually still acceptable, within a few years it was clearly outdated. In all honesty gaming is going to the cloud, it's just a matter of when

Just be happy to hit 60fps at 4K and even for PC gaming thats pushing it at times. Consoles won't be hitting 120fps at 4k, they can get that nonsense out of their head right now. It will take PC gaming a good few years before it even hits that threshold. If they can output 4k at 60fps you will notice a significant difference from 30fps at 1080p.

@PSP107: I felt RDR2 was one of the few games I ever played they was pure art, to the atmosphere, soundtrack, immersive story and gameplay mechanics. So much attention to detail. What other developers give noc's fully fleshed out lives

Microsoft thought they would get away with this, i'm glad gamers hammered them. This needs to keep happening to ensure these companies don't keep trying to take advantage. Just look at EA and how much money they lost trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes. If you want to ensure your system sells them clever marketing can only go so far, it's talent that will drive it
