I never really liked perfect dark too much, it started off ok, but the story ended up devolving into nonsense. It probably didn't help it was rares follow up to goldeneye, so nothing was gonna live up to that lol
Sadly you'd be probably right, contract jack was pretty terrible. It's like monolith forgot how to make these types of games. I just wanna see more care archer adventures, she was such an awesome character :)
Wow, words cannot describe how excited I am for next years games, we have the mighty tex Murphy coming, jane jensens mobeius, the two guys SpaceVenture, carmageddon, double fine adventure and leisure suit Larry! Thanks to kickstarter, these great games will see the light of day and help to make 2013 a top year, and hopefully provide an alternative to the norm. some people aren't convinced on the kickstarter phenomenon, but I believe this is truly an amazing tool to help those small developers with big ideas. Things are looking up and I'm proud to be a backer :)
I really wanted to like Alan wake, but it just didn't work for me, I played it for a couple of days and just couldn't get into it. I really just can't get into diablo 3, my girlfriend has a copy and every time I sit done to play it, it just makes me bored. And I'd have to say Bioshock as well, it's just didn't seem as smart as people propped it up to be.
Classic games, they caught lightning in a bottle with the original, sooo good! I heard part 5 is coming and it's gonna be back to 2d animation, hurrah!!!
No offense at all! :) There are different genres for different people and I can't stand when people get all offended when someone doesn't like someone elses style. People are allowed to have different tastes. If there are any games I come across that I think you might like I'll post up for you.
