saying nintendo is still number one probably makes me look like a fanboy, but i think mindlessly bashing nintendo is a form of fanboyism too, be it sony-, microsoft-, or pc-fanboyism. saying nintendo isn't making any fun games anymore doesn't make any sense at all. the DS is the best-selling platform at the moment and imo has better games than any handheld ever had or the psp ever will. then there's the wii: really guys, there's a reason that thing's selling, and it's not just the price. i will just ignore those who say twilight princess wasn't fun. why will mario galaxy fail? how could you think something like that? sunshine was a failure, so know miyamoto knows what not do do, i can only see good things coming from mario in the coming years. and how can a platform with games such as ssb brawl, metroid and wii sports be a failure? the cube didn't work, now nintendo has done what it should do: throw away graphics, get more fun. of course it's easy to bash the wii, but bashing ps3 and 360 is just as easy. pokemon is just extra. and a really great extra in that. the graphics we see in games such as crysis and younameit are not the future of gaming. touchscreen, microphone, motion sensor control, that is the future. like it or not.

i must say i'd like a ps3 better than a wii, so it's not like i hate the other platforms/consoles/companies, i just hate people that don't use their common sense and say nintendo sucks for no reason.
