I don't mind animation, but it's very rarely done tastefully and kind of distracts from the rest of the sig (for me at least), and it's almost always with anime which I have no interest in. Also I think variety is important when getting ranked to show you are versatile and can do more than one thing, I'd say go for one with animation (maybe two, but that's pushing it). All 5 sigs having animation though doesn't really show off your skills and versatility as a designer. 

Not many desgin enjoy create animation because it is too much work to do. I create gif first from hd video then create sig also make room to attach gif to sig which twice more work than normal people doing sig like your. seem like I don't understand why lots people don't appertain  animation works also not all of my work are anime. There are some animation from movie, tv shows and ect. I just enjoy make gif in facts I create over 2000 gif pass 5-6 years. I hate bored plain sig with no effects or just only brush.. for example this sig I made for someone on gamespot.

The Luffy one is dope as hell.

 Did you make shadows sig? Cuz if so that's your best work I've seen.
