Magic Carpet and its sequel are also great, but they were made for DOS, and might require a little tinkering to get working properly. ...Just how dated are we talking here, anyway? I have an AXP 1800+, 512 MB DDR-266, 9600 XT 128 MB system, and it seems to run some of the newer titles like Far Cry and IL-2 okay.
