definitely agree with everything said in this article, (well maybe not with MGS4 being a great story or even a good game) it is great to see someone take the time to explain why story is so important to a game ... this line sums it up perfectly "Shooting is better when you care about why you need a gun in the first place" it just makes sense and generally why in my humble opinion I find greater satisfaction out of single player games with great gameplay and a great story than multiplayer games with great gameplay.
