Has anyone heard of programs that could save a person's vocal cords via recording or sound file and allowing the user to use that copy?

I'm curious due to what that could bring to the table in modding some RPG games. It would definitely help mod some in-game NPC's without actually needing the voice actor behind them.

Anyone who says something like this has never actually been on twitter and only repeats things they hear other people say about it

You're right. We can follow intelligent people like Jaden Smith who says an education is for sheep. *sarcasm*

If they're anything like the cops in Las Vegas, they'll blatantly tell you to your face that they do not have time to look over every incident where there's kids smoking pot. Then again, my city has a high crime rate so depends on the crime rate of your city to warrant them telling you that.

I'd vote for something casual then. A friendly gathering wouldn't need that big of a theme, otherwise it would be odd. But, never can go wrong with a Hawaiian theme, as cliche as that is.

Yeah... I see this merely as a thesis until peer review shows this as a credible theory.

Exactly.... what kind of party are you going after? Board games, I'm assuming you're not doing a party and rather more of a friendly gathering, which wouldn't require a theme. That or a kid's party. More context, please.

Call it crazy, but if you divide the number of violent crimes committed in the US by the total population (1.2 million violent crimes by 308.7 million), you wind up with a whopping .3% of the population being affected by violence. I call that a damn good statistic. Can it be improved? Sure. The media highlights violence more and more often, even though homocide rates continually dwindle down on a global scale, including the US.
