It's funny how people feel like they can comment on this eventhough they don't know **** about hitboxes etc. BO you can hit a guy eventhough you shoot half a meter next to him, loads of videos on youtube prove this. The guy who said BO graphics are better, wtf man?! its the same engine but with rugged edges, still amazes me that Treyarch was able to **** a readily available game engine. I seriously suggest that people like the ones that have responded to this look at actual game data and mathematics behind the games before they start posting bull**** like this...

Your probably one of the guys who just couldn't handle a functioning multiplayer that allowed individuals to actually excel at the game.

Modern Warfare 2 for sure. Black Ops, obviously having technical difficulties and all, still feels sticky. Hit detection is off. The game seems to be randomly throwing a dice as to when a person should die from your bullets, it can be anywhere from 2 bullets to a whole clip while firing at the chest. Bullets don't travel through people so if your faced with a 1v3 situation you will die because you will run out of ammo. in Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare you could actually win by out shooting your opponent. Killstreaks in the new game seem bland and loose their charm after a few days. Theyarch obviously has mastered the art of **** up graphics with an engine that is readily available for them... Even CoD4 at some points looks better than Black Ops. Quite a sad studio in my opinion. The only things they managed to do right was the emblem creator and putting and emblem on your gun. Also the heat maps and other data where well presented. Practically everything outside the gameplay experience was quite well crafted. I would honestly have rather had a DLC to have danger close removed from MW2 along with deathstreaks, added Emblem support and released some new maps, couple of new weapons and maybe 10 more levels of prestige and I'd rather play that than Black Ops. Sadly the sales of Black Ops just reinforce Activision's view that you can just shove crap into a box, label it Call of Duty and it will sell well... Call of Duty as a series that should be going forward is dead unless an outstanding studio can take the reins while fighting that greedy **** also known as Activision. I doubt this will ever happen. Expect even **** Call of Duties in the future.

Valkyria Chronicles is an excellent choice for a great singleplayer experience.

Mine would definitely be Red Dead Redemption, I just love the concept of being in the Wild West, hope the game turns out good :)

My definition of a perfect game is...

- you have the option to just run-n-gun or hack-n-slash, stealth, or the normal face to face battle.

- you can pass or walk on anywhere you wish to (I really hate games where you can only walk on paths/roads especially if it's set in a jungle)

- you can crawl, hide under or behind any objects, climb, roll, jump, etc

- there are many types of weapons...swords/blades, guns, explosives, etc

- there are transportations unless the game is set in the era where there are no transpos yet...hehehe

- there are NPC and you can talk to any of them

- almost all kinds of outdoor settings are in it...city, snow, desert, forest/jungle, etc

Combine all of that and you have a perfect game. As far as I know, there's no game like that.

That sounds almost like World of Warcraft to me. :P For me the perfect game would probably be MGS4, since it summed up and closed the mgs storyline very well.

Change the name, replay the games and if you have newer titles play through them first then it will be easier going back to Fallout 3 after a break.
