A Video game must be fun and contain some replay value to make it worthwhile purchasing instead of just renting, if a game fails to do either of these then the highest score it can possibly hope to achieve is a 6/10. Story, Graphics, sound design, etc, are a bonus. However, a game that can achieve all of these and not lose itself along the way is a 9/10. Its all about balance.
Lego Lord of the rings is my favorite Lego game so far, it is alot more glitchy than previous Lego games however. If Lego The Hobbit follows the same path as the Lego lord of the rings it will be a success. Speaking of The Hobbit, I love that movie and I can't wait for the next one, I also read the book recently.
Dragons Dogma was great, shame about the story. I suppose their attitude was combat fist, graphics second, story third. But if the Dragons dogma sequel has the same if not better combat and a great story then I would be all over it. Please capcom get it right, we don't want a complete copy of the first one with no new content, we want it to have better graphics better story and better combat (if better combat is even possible).
If if there is an interactive item in the room, then the characters head moves to look at it, if there's more than one interactive item in the room then the characters head just spins round faster and faster until you cant see it.
