Lol guy, I doubt race will have anything to do with tanking. I'm pretty sure we'll have a few Khajits running around in "tanking" gear regardless if there were racial bonuses. To stay on topic, I'd have to say the High Elves.Either one from Ebonheart and Daggerfall look interesting.. Aldmeri don't have that tanky frontline race.. Khajits aren't as good as Nords or Orcs in terms of tanking damage.
Personally a battle mage Dark Elf or Redguard
